Caruso’s Trattoria
Miramar Lake Club’s culinary program is shaped by Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Falsini of Caruso’s at Rosewood Miramar Beach, which has earned both a Michelin Star and Michelin Green Star annually since 2022. Alongside Executive Chef Michele Lisi, Falsini has created a dining experience rooted in Italian tradition, California seasonality, and warm hospitality.
At the heart of the program is Caruso’s Trattoria, the club’s signature restaurant, featuring handmade pastas, pristine seafood, premium meats, and refined Italian classics in an elegant yet welcoming setting.
The interiors blend timeless craftsmanship with California sophistication, featuring custom woodwork, a striking Lalique chandelier, and a curated art collection, including Los Angeles artist Andie Dinkin’s vibrant Dinner at Vincenti.
